Tim Clark
Chief Executive Officer

ACCENT InterMedia was founded by Tim Clark after two successful exits from companies he co-owned with others, ACCENT Marketing Services (www.accentonline.com) and Service Net Solutions (www.servicenet.com).   Mr. Clark's role as Founder and CEO is to establish and direct the overall products, strategies and disciplines within ACCENT.  His primary interest is to foster an entrepreneurial environment which allows employees to explore their creativity, while driving excellence for all of ACCENT’s clients.

Mr. Clark has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Western Kentucky University.


Joey Froedge
Chief Operating Officer

Joey Froedge has extensive experience in both business development and operations. Mr. Froedge worked numerous years in the computer consulting industry working primarily with Fortune 500 companies on outsourcing arrangements. Other prior experience includes managment and staff roles in business development and operations at QSR Automations, Stored Value Systems and Computer Horizons Corporation. Mr. Froedge's role as Chief Operating Officer is to oversee product implementations and resource management.

Mr. Froedge has a M.B.A., as well as a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Tech University.


Andrea Crane
Vice President, Marketing

Andrea Crane, Vice President of Marketing, brings over 15 years of sales, business strategy, and marketing experience to ACCENT InterMedia.
Prior to joining ACCENT InterMedia, Ms. Crane worked in sales and marketing roles for ACCENT Marketing Services, Construction Zone.com and General Electric Appliances where she worked in the development and launch of multiple e-commerce platforms.   Ms. Crane ’s role as Vice President of Marketing is to design innovative stored value products and strategic marketing tools that increase revenue for ACCENT's clients.

Ms. Crane has a M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, as well as a B.A. in English and Biology from the University of Louisville.


David Schmitt
Vice President, Business Development

David Schmitt joined ACCENT InterMedia in 2008 as Vice President of Business Development.   Prior to joining ACCENT InterMedia, Mr. Schmitt established and managed marketing programs for key client accounts during his nine year tenure at Service Net and three year tenure at ACCENT Marketing.  At ACCENT InterMedia, Mr. Schmitt leads all aspects of new business development including client acquisition and sales strategy.

Mr. Schmitt has a B.S. in Business Administration with Honors in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
